郭書瑤（瑤瑤）曾說拿下金馬獎最佳新演員獎就要辦流水席慶祝，找來師兄吳克羣贊助，吳克羣一口答應，為了與更多人分享喜悅，已向創世基金會聯絡，捐助新台幣100萬贊助200桌，希望能幫助需要幫助的人。

去年生日時，吳克羣曾許下諾言「要做更多有意義的事情回饋社會」，他早已以行動來實現願望，2012年將央視《夢想合唱團》的冠軍百萬公益夢想基金，捐助社會，2013年先是捐贈50萬元人民幣救助燒傷兒童承程，幫助他恢復正常生活，並在自創潮流品牌推出公益T恤義賣活動，將全部收益捐給心臟病兒童基金會。

談到新年願望，吳克羣期望去年的忙碌在今年都能看到成功的果實，「希望2013年籌備的電影工作、新專輯開案、及潮牌實體店面開幕，都可以一一落實。」並希望能有全新的改變，成為一個更新、更成熟、更有魅力的人。
